What we do and can do:

Mangrove Marine offers a full line of fiberglass products for the marine aluminum fabricator.

• Custom hard tops up to 16 x 18′ mold table.
• Production Tops
• Electronic Boxes
• Helm Boxes
• Poling Platforms
• Leaning post shells
• Sheet Stock (same as non-skid without the nonskid texture)
• Non-Skid Sheets – sheet goods made out of FRP 1/16″ to 3/8″ thick used for non-skid decking i.e. towers, decks, hardtops, etc.
• Cored Sheets – sheet good made out of FRP 1/4 to 3″ thick (laminate on both sides of the core; core being foam, balsa, Nida core, dyvinicell – anything in between)
• Vaccum bagging — pulling a vac on a laminated part while it’s starting to cure to full cure – used for when we make hardtop and /or cored sheet stock
• Contract work always from the start — we specialize in custom parts.

Core kits — boat companies have core in the boats.  Each piece is curved and different.

Light RTM – one way to make parts with less smell using vac pressure

Molds – we make all our own molds – send us a design for a quote.

Plugs – the rendition/replica of whatever design you want perfect in nature to be used in making the mold to reproduce over and over.
